I Thank Allah

I Thank Allah for everything I see

I Thank Allah for what He has given me

I Thank Allah for the place he has brought me

I Thank Allah for every breath I take

I Thank Allah for everything I make

I Thank Allah for all the blessings he gives

I Thank Allah that he has given me the ability

To survive this life with humility

In this twisted reality, mix between fantasy

Everything I did -Everything I do –Everything I’ll do

Are for Allah’s sake, only

He has brought me to where I stand

Helping me get out of the quicksand

Of what we call life and desires

Alhamdullilah

All praise is to Allah

Ya Allah if I begin

To thank You for all You’ve bestowed to me

Shall take me till my death bed

Or till the sky is the color red

I thank You, oh Allah The Everlasting - For everything!
